“..al-Khawf is Allaah’s Lash..”
Excerpt taken from Station of Fear by Imaam Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah:
The word khashya is more specific than khawf, for it is specific to the true knowers of Allah - as Allah, subhanahu wa ta’ala, said, “Truly, those who fear Allah from among His servants are the knowers.” [...]TaqabbalAllaahu minni wa minkum..
“By Allaah, you increased in beauty..”
Muslim reported from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu `alayhi wasallam) said:
“In Paradise there is a market to which the people will come every Friday, then a wind will come from the north and blow on their faces and clothes, and they will increase in beauty. Then they will return to their [...]Hope
A silent hope, rising deep within
Alone with a world,
where birds dont sing
no sun gives rays
of a bright new beginning
Where you can see
the shadows of darkness
like lashes inflicting pain
These solitary moments
sprinkled with sadness
the diss-integrated-compliments
words so bitter, yet seemingly so sweet
Memories of those days
a respite, in this withering, bleary life
